Rising Dawn Studios is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to be the bridge between our passionate player base and development team. You’ll foster a vibrant, engaging community across social platforms, forums, and live events. Your role will involve creating meaningful interactions, gathering player feedback, and ensuring our community feels heard and valued.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow our online communities on platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Reddit.

Create and schedule engaging content to keep players informed and excited.

Respond to community inquiries and escalate feedback to relevant teams.

Collaborate with marketing and development to support game releases and updates.

Organize community events, contests, and other initiatives to foster engagement.

Monitor player sentiment and report on community trends.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Familiarity with online community platforms like Discord, Twitch, and Reddit.
