Executive Producer

Job Summary

The Executive Producer will oversee the production of multiple game projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, manage resources, and maintain clear communication between development teams and stakeholders.

Compensation

Estimated Anual Salary Range: $72,000 to $118,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications).

Responsibilities

  • Lead production planning, budgeting, and scheduling for game projects.

  • Collaborate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to meet milestones.

  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and investors.

  • Drive team motivation, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

  • Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in game production or project management in the gaming industry.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale game projects from concept to launch.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).

  • Understanding of game development pipelines, from pre-production to live operations.

  • Budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management expertise.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
